After you move into your new Laebon Home, you will be contacted by our service department to schedule an orientation. During the orientation one of our Customer Service Technicians will meet you at your home to familiarize you with all aspects of your new home.
They will explain Laebon's duties to you as your builder, and also explain your responsibilities as a new homeowner. You will also be able to review the possession certificate with the Customer Service Technician, to ensure that all issues that were identified at the pre-possession walkthrough have been dealt with.
After the orientation, any service concerns should be submitted to the Laebon office by mail, email, fax or Co-construct. Our Customer Service Technicians are scheduled several weeks ahead. It is helpful if you can suggest times or dates that you are available.
